Terms and Conditions
- Pearl Carzonrent Private Limited (“Pearl”) provides this website for your use, subject to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. By accessing and using this website, you are deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not accept or agree with these Terms, please do not continue using this website.
- Pearl Carzonrent reserves the right to revise these Terms and your continued use of this website after such revision of these Terms shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the same.
- The above prices are inclusive of fuel & chauffeur charges.
- For Outstation minimum 250 km will be chargeable per day.
- Outstation Chauffeur Retention Charges Rs.250.00 per day and Rs.250.00 per night. Rs. 500/- in case of Luxury category requirement.
- State entry permits / fee, parking & taxes extra as applicable.
- Service Tax, Education Cess& other Govt. taxes would be charged extra on the Total Billing (including parking charges) as applicable. Current rate of service tax is 5.6%
- Kilometer & hours will start & finish at our rental location.
- Reservations: All the reservations will be accepted only on receipt of email. Confirmation of reservations will be subject to availability of cars / category. In case of tie-ups with companies reservation will be accepted only from the authorized personnel from their organization as nominated by them.
- Reservations should preferably be given 4 Hrs in advance; however, we would be given a minimum of 3 hrs turnaround time to arrange a vehicle.
- The above rates are based on the current prices of fuel. Price has to be revised if price of fuel increase more than 5%.
- Airport transfer rate is applicable only within the city limit. During airport transfer shortest route will be used, no diversion and waiting will be allowed. If guest insist on taking the longer route due to shortage of time than the same will be treated as disposal duty.
- Pearl Carzonrent Private Limited (“Pearl”) retains copyright over/ on all the text, graphics and trademarks displayed on this website. All the text, graphics and trademarks displayed on this website are owned by Pearl Carzonrent.
- Pearl authorizes you to view and download the information (“Materials”) available on this website only for personal, non-commercial use. This authorization is not a transfer of title in the Materials and is subject to the following restrictions:
